All Payments are made securely through the Express Paypal Gateway. We do not process any credit card information on site.

Packaging

Crystals and gemstones are very fragile and care is taken to package them so they arrive as they were sent. Wands come in either a cotton drawstring pouch or a quilted cotton wand pouch. Products are also wrapped in bubble wrap and, depending on the size and type of product, packed in a postal satchel or parcel.

Shipping

All products are shipped with Australia Post.
There are a number of options including standard, express, registered and insured.

If you would prefer a different form of postage please contact us directly to arrange alternative shipping.

Returns

If for any reason your product is damaged during shipping, please email us to let us know and we'll make arrangements to either replace or refund for the item.
