Crown Chakra Therapy

Lay down, close your eyes and using your imagination create a golden/white ball that you are able to move over your body – fill this ball with the colour golden/white – place this ball over the top of your crown chakra (just above the top of your head) and imagine that golden/white ball slowly leaking the colour golden/white down from your ball and into your crown chakra creating colour and energy in this area. Let the colour also wash throughout your entire body giving energy as it goes.
