Heart Chakra Therapy

Lay down, close your eyes and using your imagination create a green ball that you are able to move over your body – fill this ball with the colour green – place this green ball over the top of your heart chakra (just above your heart) and imagine that green ball slowly leaking the colour green down from your ball and into your heart chakra creating colour and energy in this area. Let the colour also wash throughout your entire body giving energy as it goes.
