Lay down, close your eyes and using your imagination create a orange ball that you are able to move over your body – fill this ball with the colour orange – place this orange ball over the top of your sacral chakra (just above your genitals) and imagine that orange ball slowly leaking the colour orange down from your ball and into your sacral chakra creating colour and energy in this area. Let the colour also wash throughout your entire body.
