The yellow chakra relates to self control, self expression, control centre This chakra is located in the core of the body (the abdomen)and is therefore all about the core of things, your impulses and desires. The personality is formed here - its about your feelings and your way of being.

Solar Plexus Chakra Therapy

Lay down, close your eyes and using your imagination create a yellow ball that you are able to move over your body – fill this ball with the colour yellow – place this yellow ball over the top of your solar plexus (just above your belly button) and imagine that yellow ball slowly leaking the colour yellow down from your ball and into your solar plexus chakra creating colour and energy in this area. Let the colour also wash throughout your entire body.
