Thrd Eye Chakra Therapy

Lay down, close your eyes and using your imagination create a Indigo ball (dark purple) that you are able to move over your body – fill this ball with the colour indigo – place this indigo ball over the top of your third eye chakra (just above your forehead) and imagine that indigo ball slowly leaking the colour indigo down from your ball and into your third eye chakra creating colour and energy in this area. Let the colour also wash throughout your entire body giving energy as it goes.
