The throat chakra is where feelings and emotions are transformed into expression such as laughter or crying. Has to do with everything related to sound both on the physical and metaphysical levels.

Throat Chakra Therapy

Lay down, close your eyes and using your imagination create a blue ball that you are able to move over your body – fill this ball with the colour blue – place this blue ball over the top of your throat chakra (just above your throat) and imagine that blue ball slowly leaking the colour blue down from your ball and into your throat chakra creating colour and energy in this area. Let the colour also wash throughout your entire body giving energy as it goes.
